Shipping Policies for Small Items: All product listings of smaller items will have different shipping options available upon checkout. We will ship via postal or UPS prepaid and we sometimes offer flat rate shipping on specific items. All shipping of smaller items is done ASAP, usually within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Shipping Policies for Larger Items: The term Larger Items refers to any product that is beyond the weight limit of postal or courier service. In all instances where we must ship an item by other carriers, we will provide a door to door shipping quotation. All items for sale that are too heavy for postal or courier shipping will be noted as such in the product listing.

Product Returns: You will find from dealing with us that all items are exactly as described, therefore product returns are almost never necessary. In the real world however, things out of our control occassionaly happen. Our policy on returned goods is to examine each instance individually and to reach a mutually agreeable solution with the client. We will not accept returns after 30 days of the receipt of goods under any circumstances.
